Neon Empire Press was founded in the spring of 2024 by Jill Rose, a Miami-based author, illustrator, and graphic designer. As a specialist in print layout design, Jill's passion is helping fellow authors bring their creative visions to life. She believes that the design of a book should mirror its message from cover to cover.

Jill has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey.
